The management has determined that nothing matters, but cutting corners. It is not the same as when I attended the college. This place use to be a great place to work at, got along with everyone there as far as our crew of custodians and who ever we got to see from 1st shift maintenance. The pay was okay, it wasn’t great but it wasn’t horrible. Health insurance was good too can’t complain there. What clearly needed to happen was management needed to know what we did there. They were clueless of what it takes to get ONE building cleaned and ready for students and professors to use in the morning. From our supervisor to our boss to the president there they all have no clue how to run this place! They were never happy with our jobs and never helped in ANY way. I've always been respected and my bosses always put my education first. There is stress that comes with the job, but it's never anything I can't handle. They have small classes so you can get to know everyone.
