3) Potential upside from market valuation of offered equity

Work with clueless 1st line managers who are bullies and directionless. Especially watch out for management that used to sell crm bevause they didnt know what they’re doing and emphasie that everything is important - selling warehouse to completing course to inviting people for webinar. Kept changing direction - some day target is based on consumption but field team got chased for new logo, and you will be haunted for use case progression and forecasts using 6 different dashboards and reports. Nobody knows exactly what they’re doing and are story tellers! Some field team are asked to sell something that we dont even have available in the region!

Management in HQ: CEO and several top execs never came to Asia, if you think this region is insignificant then dont expand and impose such big target.
Local leaders: pls look at mirror and acknowledge that you are the problem of poor performance. Constantly asking for review and account plan after doing 2-3 forecast calls are total waste of time. Either just resign with respect or dont torture your hardworking field team
