Okay if you work in the offices.
|
|
If you worked in the office then you had decent pay.
The offices were always cold which was nice in a warehouse.
Room to explore.
Lots of education in the field.
Coworkers kept me from going mad.
|
Manual laborers did not get paid proper wages.
No reviews or raises unless you bug bug bug the management.
If you're not related to the family good luck getting anywhere with management.
Consistently hearing that one thing is going to happen and it never happening.
Lots of disrespect from higher ups towards employees.
Consistent employee turn over. Lots of workers not coming back to work or leaving mid day due to the frustration.

Pay fairly and review your employees. Respect your employees so they dont just stop coming into work. I watched a few salaried managers leave and have employees take on their responsibilities with little (I mean .50ยข max) to no raise for the extra workload.

High Turnover Among Younger Employees

The company paid on time, and also paid overtime as long as you got the overtime approved by your supervisor beforehand.
|
Morale was incredibly low. The company culture was one of distrust, blame, and backstabbing. There was a "point system". If you punched in one minute late (literally) either in the morning or after lunch, you received a point on your record that you then had to work off over time and you lost vacation/sick time. If you racked up 10 points in one year you could be fired. It was like working under Big Brother.
