The workplace was alot of gossip, expected to meet sales goals and they took away you getting a percentage of what you sell when I started. Low pay and lots of turn over.

Consistent schedule with fast paced environment

While keeping a consistent pay was difficult at times with commission, and PTO was not available whatsoever, it was a fun environment to work in. At times, difficult and hectic and busy, the company was well run as a whole with clear standards and goals.

Everything was great until it wasn’t

I loved the job! Really best managers I’ve ever had! They were so understanding yet they challenged me. I loved working with brides, answering the phone. I was on my feet all day and I didn’t mind it. Until the business decided to close down our store… horrible of David’s bridal to do such a thing….

Can be stressful but so fun and rewarding
|
Overall I loved working here, I felt so special being a part of such a big day for the brides! The hours weren’t my favorite and the pushy managers were hard to adjust too, I also think the commission guidelines need some work, I was making minimum wage during the slow months, granted this was years ago so maybe they fixed things. But even after all that I still loved my experience there, sometimes I wish I could go back!

Had issues with a coworker and felt completely alone even after being bullied and harrased for months.
Other coworkers were amazing but we were always short staffed and stretched thin
