Disaster company, awful management, toxic environment: really nothing good about it except for the salary. But I was just one of the lucky few because the average pay is low. Stay away from this chaotic and s****y Place.

Offices okay. There is a mixed bunch at dazn - I found some really lovely people there who were easy to work with... But there were also some people who I felt were toxic.

バグが多すぎる
|
ここで書くまでもないが、バグが多く、治らない。SNSを見ればわかる。
また、一人で複数のアカウントを登録する人がだくさんいる。
他のサービスでも一般的な、URL承認のメールを挟むシステムにしないと、登録したアドレスがわからず、ログインできず、退会もできずの人が量産されるので、今すぐ改善した方がよい。

Used to be great place to work but not so much anymore

I've been told that DAZN used to be a great place to work but recently with the new management, there's always reorgs happening and people losing their jobs.
In terms of the work itself, it can get really busy at times but the experience you get is good and the people in the team are very helpful.

No guarantee that you’re job is safe. They have favoritism going on in this company and you will only be given opportunities if you are willing to beg them for these. No amount of hard work is given credit. Senior management has ruined the company’s culture. Redundancies happening every 6 months and they are hiring at the same rate? No planning in their operations processes and due to this people are faced with having to find new jobs after just less than 1 year on a role.
