Okay place to work

Okay place to work. They need to pay their employees more though. I learned a lot but things are changing constantly. Bonuses are not consistent and not sure how it’s being calculated.

Amazing work/life balance, amazing work culture

I love working here. I can't say enough about DealerOn. I've never felt so appreciated for WHAT I do, not just HOW MUCH I can do. They're incredibly flexible with family needs and obligations, the most flexible PTO I've ever seen, and respectful of my time. My manager asks me when is a good time to have a chat.
I love love love the work culture. There are as many hobby and personal channels on Slack for us to get to know each other, team games all the time, fantastic recognition and encouragement to connect with your team members. They run classes every single day to help you get up and moving and do something besides stare at your laptop. I feel at home with my department, they've been incredibly welcoming in my four months with them.
My position is new in my department, and the team's willingness to work through its growth and how it affects them is overwhelming. I feel comfortable in growing the program together with them. The learning process is very much supported as well as independent. I'm treated like an adult who can disperse their own workload and independently make good decisions, imagine that!

ample pay, great support system, excellent PTO, fantastic work culture, unbelievable work/life balance, opportunity for growth, excellent perks that we're encouraged to use.

healthcare is a little pricey for me but very thorough, pay is twice a month rather than every week or every two weeks.

|
Overworked, underpaid, and they lie to their own employees as well as the clients. Management promises to resolve issues but it never happens and then HR will gaslight you until you quit.

Flexible PTO! Fun environment. Worn leads low pay

Overall, I liked my time at DealerOn. Great Manager, teammates etc. Pay was below average in the industry for the sales field. Like with any sales job, you have to hit quota. Expectations are also a little high for all employees. Only so many leads and they eventually get beat up bad. I did love my time there and wish them all well.
