Got a job as an account manager with the promise of big commissions and big money paychecks. Never happened. Was told job security wasn't an issue, it was. They let outside influences factor into their decisions and never judged performance on actual work in the workplace. You could sell a ton of mail and social, but if they think you "don't fit their mold", you're gone.

All in all I love working for Dealer Wizard and everything I've learned along the way. I thank this place and the people in it for the majority of my professional development. Yes days/ weeks can be extremely stressful but its the nature of the world we work in. You have a good support system here willing to help you and wanting to see you succeed. The family style environment is probably my favorite part of this company. The office and everything inside of it is brand new so that's another plus! You will interact with your managers and even the owners of the company daily which was a refreshing change from previous companies I had worked for. No one just sits in an office and fires off emails. Everyone is hands on and does their part from the top down. People listen to your suggestions and you make a difference every day if you want to!
