Very good benefits including PTO, medical, employee discounts. Coworkers and physicians are pleasant and easy to work with.
|
Understaffed and overworked. 3 were asked to do the work of 5 people after two retired. Constantly bringing in new patients while unable to keep up with the patients they already have.

if youre interested in cardiology and in the tri state area, it's the place to be. everyone knows eachother since it's such a small hospital. in general managers seem to care about their employees more than they do at magnet hospitals.

in the middle of nowhere, high turn over of staff. frequently under staffed. their extra shift bonuses are nothing compared to surrounding hospitals. benefits are only ok.

Always short Handed on the weekends, the kiss ups get treated much better. They treat you like a robot and expect too do so many jobs in time limit which is not enough time to do to get everything done. for all the work they want you to do need better pay for that.

Stop Mirco managing, Don't write people up for petty stuff. Supervisors need to be accountable when they don't they do their job either. Stop lying to employees . Treat lower positions better and give them respect, help out the lower positions when short handed instead just keep walking past by so many times knowing they need the help. If a New Employee isn't working out in the 90 day probation period get rid of them instead of keeping an incompetent employee.
