They demonstrate a tremendous respect for employees and encourage a balanced life. They are both flexible and understanding when it comes to work arrangements. Furthermore, DefySupply excellent place to grow as the senior management encourages creativity and ownership of ideas. | Honestly, my biggest complaint is about confusion regarding the company name. The company name is actually DefySupply, not Defy Supply. So this section should re-titled DefySupply reviews rather than Defy Supply reviews. It seems like a minor point, but when I tell people where I work, they always have a hard time finding it.
