While other ad agencies get a bad rap for culture, work/life balance and hyper-competition, DEG has focused on hiring associates who do the right thing, always. This is more than an ethos, it's what you get when you work with people at DEG. The culture is sound and reasonable, job expectations are set appropriately, and you have the chance to work with interesting people on interesting work.
