Benefits, and Time off are the only two things going for Del One

It is like walking back through high school all over, immature, cliquey and unprofessional employees. Management has no clue how to manage nor mentor employees to grow. Training program is a joke lead by a clueless team. Nobody trusts anyone, you walk on egg shells wondering if you will be the next to be asked to leave.

Del-One is a wonderful Credit Union. I applied for a job here because of the amazing and consistent service I got whenever I came into the branch. Now I get to add to that level of service. It is a fast paced working environment, you are constantly multi tasking which means there is no time to get bored. Del-One is a company that loves to promote from with in. If you work hard its easy to advance here. They believe in a work-life balance, that is getting hard to find in companies, that is still a strong value here at Del-One.
