Mr. Delaney is abusive, manipulative, and quite possibly has a drinking problem. Avoid this place as much as humanly possible. He will ask you to stay late without compensation simply because he prefers to stay up late. Very unprofessional person.

I would suggest making Mr. Delaney take some classes on professionalism to his employees. He clearly doesn't understand his own faults and turns everything around on others, which is why he has a ridiculously high turnover for paralegals-he treats them like garbage.

Work assignment to law clerks is unpredictable, as it might be at many litigation law firms. Depending on their schedule, some law clerks might be very busy with many assignments, while others might be less busy.

Attorneys are very knowledgable about their respective fields. The office is very relaxed. Good learning experience for young attorneys and great location.

It can be stressful at times because of the deadlines for filing with the court. Also sometimes assignments are given at the last minute which makes it difficult to give quality work.
