They also don’t consider you for management positions even if you perform well and you’ve had good past experiences. They really need to look into other peoples qualities aside from the ones they handpick because it isn’t there. It’s a family like environment. I worked weekends mainly for extra income. The pay ranged from a subminum wage of 6 to 18 dollars an hour tops when it was busiest as during Christmas . Averaging out to 10-12 per hour plus car and gas expenses makes this type of "gig job" not really worth it. Try your local McDonalds or WalMart instead. Weekly schedule availability but they can be tough to grab and always gone in under 1 minute. Occasional last minute spots open. Hours are limited based on a secret metric. They disclose your stats each week but aren’t transparent on exactly how this determines your potential hours. Dispatch can range from completely useless and ill mannered to amusing and significantly helpful. Most often surely poor manner wastes of time. Pick ups and drops are not choice in order or opportunity. One pops up you go, then gain the next steps as each step is completed. Recently a store will have multiple orders but the app only shows 1 pick up. Suddenly after your drop or another pick up you’ll go back to store #1 after all. Of 4 months and over 100 drops only 1 tip ever so don’t count on those. Customers expecting delivery but within window so they’re not watching your every turn with anticipation or expecting you to interact constantly. Easy easy part time work. Sad to see them going next month in August. There is a good variety to working a schedule that fits your day. This is a good fir for students or those seeking a job to do on weekends to earn some extra cash. Workers need to own their car and have proof of insurance and vehicle registration.
