They bring you in a criticize you

At least some healthcare and paid time off

They get you in there and are extremely nice off hand. But then Your thrown into many and multiple things at once and then when you are still learning the management brings you into their office and asks you how to do your job firstly, that is an absolute no! Secondly, they criticize your you and ask you if you know your job! The way I can sum it up is they actually verbally harass you by asking you questions about your job you trained for before coming there and then if your still learning they’ll make some excuse to let you go and they have some wild excuses in employee files that have nothing to do with their letting you go or terminated.

No weekends and you actually get a lunch! Coming from a retail setting, DeliverCareRx is a dream job. The technicians and call center employees are great to work with.

No face to face patient interaction because everything is over the phone. Salary is less for pharmacists than a retail setting, but makes up for it in quality of life.

I've been on Chicago Trib. Newspaper articles during my sales profession. So, do not take this with a grain of salt. They have goals that any seasoned sales professional can reach repeatedly. HOWEVER!!! Thats a bad thing!!! They can not afford you... let you go under different reasons.
