This was a horrible experience. No one was happy to be there. I had never been treated so poorly. Nor had I ever worked and such a disorganized kitchen. The walk-in cooler shut down. Then the freezer shut down. When things were supposed to be in place they weren't there. All of the products being used were poor product. It was retarded. They used to let employees take food. But company became so stingy that they didn't even care about feeding employees. Low pay, no advancement, work hours subject to get taken away without notice, work load added on top for less pay. If this company is still up and running. Do yourself a favor and look for work somewhere else. Highly unstable working environment. Turnover rate is extremely high among employees due to low moral from low pay and people getting fired left and right on a whim from management. Proper ADP hiring/firing procedures are not followed. Employees treated as disposable especially if the CEO is having a bad day. If you can survive here for at least 6 months, you are an exception.
