Each day is extremely busy reacting to issues with protocols that are often overridden by management. There's is significant disconnect between upper management and workers with no formal training. The workplace culture starts with enthusiasm but quickly falls into an endless wave of false promises. Difficult to stay motivated and understand what growth opportunities exist. Not even sure if there is a human resources dept. Management treats employees as disposable and there is extremely low workplace moral and a sense you could lose your job at any moment if the CEO is having a bad day. If you can survive at least 6 months here, you are an exception. Very unstable environment.
