Deceptive, Sketchy and Unfair

|
1) They hire criminals with records - they don’t do proper background checks. 2) Constantly ripping off drivers and shorting their pay.
3) Demand a lot from you - don’t expect much from them.
4) They prey on people of color, those with a limited education and illegal immigrants to do their work.
5) You’ll run your vehicle into the ground as they take 30-50% of the cut (sometimes more). You’re left with gas bills and a vehicle that is worn out.
6) They won’t sign a real contract with you. Only expect you to take a job that comes at the last minute via an email. Sounds like they’re skirting Federal Laws when hiring you as an “Independent Contractor”.
7) Do not work for them unless you receive a contract that specifies the exact pay you’ll receive. Do not ever sign a “Anchor Contract” with them - you’ll lose your shirt.
8) Expect to lose money. Yes, you’ll have days where you’re delivering their stuff for free, because of the low pay, gas costs, mileage and wear on your vehicle.
9) Their App only works correctly sometimes and they’re constantly tracking you to evaluate your performance. The so-called AI software is faulty, biased is incorrect almost 90% of the time.
10) What else could you possibly need to know?? There’s more, but I’ll hold back for now. Lesson: Stay far away!

It’s a mess of a start up, no structure, no real oversight, sell then try to figure out how to deliver on your promises kind of mentality. Unreasonable 24/7 on-call expectations. They treat their drivers and courier services horribly. HUGE employee turn over - most last Less Than 6 months and don’t leave on good terms. Shady shady shady when it comes to paying their people. They sell themselves as a tech company and their app is a joke. Honestly - stay away

Try to find deliveries that are closer to the home address of the delivery drivers. Would like to see my ratings, as well as a payment schedule for deliveries based on the required mileage. This will enable me to make better informed decisions about whether or not to accept the delivery, instead of waiting to see how much money I get from PayPal AFTER the delivery.
