Great company and even better people

The people and culture at Delivra is what makes this such a great company to work for. Co-workers really care about each other at Delivra and it's evident through bonding at Friday lunch, volunteering in the community together, and planning fun events around the office. Work/Life balance is great pro as well with the ability to work from home when needed and the very generous amount of PTO that can be earned. Their is also plenty of opportunity to learn different skills at Delivra which can help people grow within the company.

Communication from upper management was lacking for awhile, but they have taken steps in the right direction and that is no longer a problem

Great team environment

Everyone who works in the Indianapolis office believes and lives out the idea that we are all part of one team working together. Opinions are listened to and considered regardless of position title, seniority, etc. The management understands that work/life balance is key and supports that balance in a way that meets the unique need of each individual. (Examples include, working from home, offering health classes during company time, bringing kids to work when needed, etc.) As a result, employees feel invested in the product and are always looking for ways to offer our clients more.

Being a part of a global company can cause some friction. Meetings are occasionally held after normal working hours. Our team structures look different than they did a year ago, and that can make it difficult for employees to envision where they fit in currently and their path moving forward.

This has to be the most refreshing work environment I've ever experienced. Coming from a more corporate landscape, Delivra allows me to grow both personally and professionally. The atmosphere is lively, friendly and contagious. It was one of the best decisions I ever made agreeing to work for Delivra. Company lunches provided on Fridays is a big plus.

Honestly, I can't think of anything. Living on the south side of Indianapolis make the drive long but it's worth it.

This is the only company I have ever worked for that truly sticks to their core values on a daily basis instead of just treating them like buzzwords. Coming to work each day feels like being a part of an all-star marketing and technology team- collaboration is genuine, everyone is accepted for who they are, and management really seems to "get" why balancing work with healthy choices and family time is an important win for all involved.

There are no real cons. However, others might be wary of the open office environment- no one has a private office, not even the CEO, and the benefits package is average at best.

Delivra is the best company I have ever worked for. Take one visit for yourself to the office and you will see right away the fun, friendly, and family like atmosphere. Everyone is extremely nice and outgoing. Every Friday the entire company gets together and eats lunch together. 100% paid medical benefits. Paid gym membership, overly generous CEO and overly generous salary and benefits. Could not be more happy.

I have absolutely no cons whatsoever with Delivra. This company is absolutely the future of digital sales and marketing software and is growing rapidly. Outlook is positive.
