Great product that really delivers for customers. Lots of big customers who have achieved amazing outcomes--faster growth, faster development, digital transformation. Lots of deep tech in the product. Many companies have tried and failed to compete. Data is a great market, so the company is well positioned to succeed.

Company went through a rough patch with bad management and sales reps. Lots of the negative reviews are from sales people who were let go or hired over and lost top accounts. But with the founder back, the improvements have been fast and furious.

The cons are many from the Founder/CEO who is abrasive and is completely out of his lane as a leader. Then you move on to the new management team they brought in that can barely run a forecast call. You spend the majority of your time doing internal presentations weekly which is a colossal waste of time. One of the biggest mistakes of my professional life joining this company!
