It has been okay so far.

The virtual training was okay. The CEO Tim Schmidt really seems to care and is passionate. Working from home is okay.
|
There seems to be a lot of micromanagement and I don’t feel appreciated sometimes. The phone advisors are expected to do a lot and that just seems to get more by the day.
