Not much room for advancement. You can learn new things etc., but promoting past things like senior AP specialist or finance lead is almost impossible. Work life balance is out of wack, and management is too busy to really offer good leadership to support staff. The culture there has changed a lot over the years, and has gone from a very collaborative team oriented process, to an individualist “everyone out to cover their own behinds” kind of atmosphere. Beware of speaking up, they aren’t above using their “at will employer” status on a whim (no official warnings, write ups etc.).
