Submit the correct paperwork on time & in the right manner & it's all good. Excellent quality products. Once setup is complete, it's a good gig if you enjoy meeting the public & like the independence. Hourly base pay before commission is lower than most BA gigs pay now but it improves if you hit a commission threshold, which can be done if sales are good. Events run for a long stretch of days but you know that before you accept the job & it's good if you really do want to work & can maintain a high energy level & good attitude. I can not think of anything else positive to say about this company They never pay you on time or for the correct amount of hours. You have to fight for weeks to get the money owed to you ( if you catch it) and IF human resources ever gets back to you! I can only imagine how much money they have CHEATED people over the years!!! Managers are horrible they treat employee's like they are children, ie yelling and berating them. When you ask them not too that it is ILLEGAL for them to do so they just don't have you back and move on to the next sucker!!! Hygienic practices?? NOT AT ALL!!!! No management is watching over your shoulder giving you a hard time. That is the only good things in working for this company. The company is completely disorganized. They never send you enough product. Sometimes an entire flavor is missing. Getting payed correctly in a timely manner requires you fight with them. If you are one of the few reliable people they hire you wont meet another. They will hire just about anyone so there is a good chance the person supposed to work with you will be a no show. Management seems always to wait until the last minute to inform you of an upcoming 'show' they need worked. You are on your feet the entire show. It isn't very interesting work but it's not unbearable. $9.00 an hour for average 35 hour week, usually they will need you for about 2 weeks.
