The company has always been a great people-first environment, with an approachable leadership team and I've always felt like I've been surrounded by smart, hard-working, and frankly, good people. During an incredibly difficult year (don't think I need to elaborate), we have a new CEO, we acquired a company, we launched a new platform, and we still managed to have the best year in company history on all metrics. With change comes challenges. Be prepared to be a driver. Transparent and committed to promoting from within, especially from the SDR team into the Sales and CX organizations Category leadership in the ABM and account-based advertising space, given a turbo-boost with the accretive nature of the Engagio acquisition in June 2020. Considering the challenges of 2020, growth was exceptional and exciting to be part of. Genuine commitment to employee well-being, never more evident than during this COVID transition. Literally the best health benefits I've had in almost 20-yr career - no employee contribution to healthcare which means literally hundreds of $$ savings per month for a family; really embrace tech for understanding and organization of benefits; free One Medical membership. I've never seen this at any other company I've worked for! They offer a professional development curriculum and have a kick a _ _ corporate trainer on board. Fantastic perks like they not only cover my insurance premiums at 100% but also my husband (and kids if you have them). I've been with Demandbase for a few years now and the culture has evolved but in my view, it's all for the better. We're laser-focused on growth and are building a powerhouse of ABM leadership! The work is demanding but also extremely rewarding! As the company evolves, it seems challenging for some to keep up with the pace of growth. Demandbase is not the place for people who want to coast through their career. Demandbase is a great company to work for, I have been here for just over a year now and have enjoyed every moment. The team are super helpful and friendly, and the on-boarding scheme was thorough and really set me up to perform my role to the best of my ability. They are flexible, and handled the COVID situation very well putting their employees first. The leadership is very approachable, and you always feel valued at Demandbase. This was never more visible than during COVID times, when the support offered to staff now working remotely has been exceptional, be that functionally through technology and equipment to ensure they can work to their best, and wellbeing -wise with multiple mental and physical offerings to assist where needed. In terms of technology, Demandbase has been built from the ground up with the customer need in mind, and as such helps it's customers become the rock-stars of their business, meeting and exceeding goals and objectives, and ensuring every element of time, budget and resource is focused in areas that make a real difference to the revenue of their organisations Demandbase is constantly evolving, which while resulting in market-leading, game changing solutions, can sometimes lead to unrest with those not able to evolve with the same velocity.
