To long of hours. 7/12s took its toll on all of us. Management was very degrading. They would change the specs of customers to make more of a profit, and make the product cheap. Never would get a day off. Even when up in advanced request. Took its toll on my family and broke us up. Pay was decent but not adequate
Was hurt on job, had to do pt on my time, which made me point out

In 2006 and 2007 Demmer was working great but management kept changing things were getting backed up, things for the workers wasn't working out. to many hours on the shifts worked 12 Hrs seven days a week. I liked working there, Management just needs too realize the workers on the floor, needs and wants for production. Don't get me wrong! It was a great employment opportunity.and learning experience.
