You will learn how to cheat people in many different ways in the most dishonest way and not knowing that you are doing it

You will burn yourself in many different ways to serve the purposes of a man dedicated in body and soul to steal money from companies that appears in his browser typing "venture capital, expansion, funding, startup and fintech".
Your role will be lie to your represented companies saying that you have a structured sales plan but in reality you'll never have it unless you are going to receive their visit, moment when you will have to run and prepare a circus.
If the CEO and owner show you the portfolio get the names with you and call the CEO, is funny to hear then talk about this guy and his behavior.
Travel and representation bills paid several times by different companies, meetings with friends, calls with supposed companies with friends on the other side of the phone pretending to be the one you want to talk.
Oh, BTW, don't ask for a contract, that's something you'll never get

Fraudulent CEO, clients are lied to and working conditions are unprosperous

The working environment between employees is good ("united against the enemy" kind of style).
|
Employees leave the company within their first year – let me explain you why...
1. Clients' expectations regarding results are build on unrealistic and dishonest KPI's sold by the CEO.
2. Clients are promised a sales manager full-time per project but the reality is that sales managers are al least involved in two projects. The managers are forced to lie to the clients about this.
3. Good employee-client relationships' are ostracized by the client's deception while the CEO never stands up for the work of his employees.
4. Indecent procedures regarding contracts, where employees see themselves already working for the company without proper signing of the contract.
5. An unscrupulous push for internship conditions, even when the employee is offered a manager position (so that the company pays less taxes), ignoring the poor conditions of those hired.
6. A constant intromission of the CEO's family members (though external to the company) on the daily activities of employees, including checking their computer screens, constantly checking if they are at their desk or criticising their outfits.
My advice is to not get involved with this company.

A good place to learn and handle projects and mainly work with tech start-ups in a middle stage. You have a lot of flexibility and the environment is really good. Some travel is required and that is good as well.
