Incredible talents on this team, especially among the senior leadership and more tenured staff, and a flat/boundaryless culture that makes it easy for anyone to get hands-on experience and mentorship. Generally able to attract ambitious, smart and globally-minded employees across the business. Sales- and client-centric organization that's good for technical talent who don't shy away from working directly with clients. Outsized pay for top performers.

Limited HR, ops and employee support systems, surprisingly so for a company that works exclusively with large enterprises, so not ideal for big company types who need a 3-month structured onboarding and well-defined playbooks. Has PMF and GTM fit but not yet in scale-up mode. Diversity and inclusion are improving but haven't been great in the past, especially higher up in the org.

They. offer a good salary package compare to another job on the market at the time I looking. The fully remote before and after covid creates a good foundation for remote work and the company understands that being remote does not mean less productivity

- Some clients become out of control and end up with rush or pressure in development causing many issues during delivery and client relationship - work in AU is not really data industry, it become normal solution integration and it. not Demyst expertise. - People and culture seem having problems, 8 out of 10 people in my team have left Demyst

Managers are very short on employees and favoritism happens. Upper managers care about being right all the time. No respect for after 5pm work hour. My manager even asked if I can stay till 9pm for an email sent to a client one time already during the day, which in my eyes is also not wise to bug client that much and should give them some time to respond

If you are into sales only! Churn rate over 50%. Ask for financial roadmap before joining.

Sales team is good. You are safe if you can close a deal else you are expendable. Unlimited holidays (in theory at least).
Few in management are good but again all are sales oriented.

No HR, No CTO. Some left some got laid off. Attrition is so high. People are leaving all the time/layoffs. Got tired of even getting to know people. If you are half decent you can find a job that will pay 2x.
