Great flexibility, I have an awesome Manger in my department, and everyday was like working with family. The work is pretty simple to do which is accepting phone calls all day and making medical and dental appointments. They manage three luxury hotels Lot of processes and meetings that make you feel you are part of a large organization. Extreme amount of management turnover. Extremely limited hotel staff and services, even in their luxury properties, ultimately leading to a poor experience for their hotel guests. Hidden fees (facilities, pet) that make guests angry Toxic environment at the Corporate office. No communications with the hotels.
