Working for Affinia Healthcare has been a great learning experience for me. Great flexibility, I have an awesome Manger in my department, and everyday was like working with family. The work is pretty simple to do which is accepting phone calls all day and making medical and dental appointments.

The pay could be a lot better, understaffed, and sometimes different departments are not all on one accord.

Lot of processes and meetings that make you feel you are part of a large organization.

Extreme amount of management turnover.
Extremely limited hotel staff and services, even in their luxury properties, ultimately leading to a poor experience for their hotel guests.
Hidden fees (facilities, pet) that make guests angry
Toxic environment at the Corporate office. No communications with the hotels. We were let go in summer 2018 with four working week notice as the organization cutting costs.
