Diverse, challenging work at this company...no two days are the same. Lots of friendly people, good safety record, and a brand new facility. A very ethical company. Good compensation and benefits with experience. Privately held with a very long history. Owners value long-term employees.

Senior management in flux, but should stabilize soon. Struggles to find positions for employees that receive outside training. Sometimes slow to move or react.

Co-workers and management in all departments are a fine bunch of people and very supportive. I will miss them.

Benefits left a lot to be desired. Sales were not doing good that lead to lack of work and layoff. No severance pay.

Poor health insurance plan. No performance review system. No severance if they lay you off. Lastly they will try to blackball you out of their industry. Sounds great doesn't it?
