I felt like I was in jail there's no training yet they expect you to know everything right away. Good products, nice having weekends off and some holidays off good work schedule typical 8:30 to 5 shift other than that this place was a joke. Micro manage, horrible management felt like I was in jail. It is true that we are a small company, and we wear many hats sometimes to achieve the tasks. That is part of what makes the team at DermaQuest unique and great to work beside. We are also slated for rapid growth, which can have its' downside if you are not prepared to be a part of an evolving team and an evolving brand. I have found this relationship to be challenging at times but believe in being a part of the solution rather than being a part of the problem. The product is great with weekends off. It's true the reviews are accurate. No direction and set for failure. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I was warned and ignored all signs. If you work hard and want recognition for it this isn't the company for you. I have never seen a company with a higher turnover rate. Almost a new team every quarter. He makes decisions and then takes no responsibility for his actions. I have worked here for over a year and and see a lot of things that others are not aware of .
