Management is disorganized and expects employees to fit into a system that has a lot of problems. They aren't concerned with employee's safety. I recall one incident where a client was able to get into the office area through an unlocked door, which should have only been accessible with an employee badge and stole an employees purse and finding the door open from the outside several weeks later. They are also understaffed and the lack of support affects the organization's ability to help clients. It felt like the administrative support role was wrongly minimized by not hiring an administrative support supervisor for several months.

Staff safety is a low priority. Alone time with unstable clients is the norm, and even when a safety incident occurs (which is fairly often), they don't change a thing. Turnover is high and understaffing is the norm.
