They aren't concerned with employee's safety. I recall one incident where a client was able to get into the office area through an unlocked door, which should have only been accessible with an employee badge and stole an employees purse and finding the door open from the outside several weeks later. They are also understaffed and the lack of support affects the organization's ability to help clients.
