In the time I was employed with Designing Digitally I learned a lot. I really enjoyed working with the director of business development because I could tell they really cared about me as a young professional. The coworkers I interacted with daily were a pleasure to work with and I do truly miss that tight knit team I was a part of. I did move on due to finding a different position, but I have fond memories of my time at Designing Digitally. There were certainly stressful times and some frustrations, but I am kind of surprised to see some hateful reviews about the company. I don't think anyone here has/had bad intentions or wanted to set anyone up for failure. Pay for this job to me is slightly above average for an entry level "tech" or "SaaS" position in similar industries. It was actually quite hire than my first professional sales jobs. I do miss the dog friendly office environment and being around the development team who are sharp as a tack at what they do. There were some policies that seemed a little strange such as not being able to access the office without someone letting you in. The product here is really interesting and can solve some pretty amazing challenges. I really think if Covid19 didn't happen, I would've tried to stay at Designing Digitally and stick with the long sales cycle.
