The salary is competitive depending on the role and if you're a new hire vs a tenured employee. However, there are better companies out there that can offer a competitive package while valuing you as a human. EVERYTHING! This company pretends to be innovative and inclusive. It's so lost in archaic corporate ways. Every project is rushed, not enough people to do the job, and most people are burned out and overworked. There is NO work-life balance whatsoever. Most people are struggling. SAVE. YOURSELF. Also, DevaCurl won't recover from the damage they've done to the curl community.
