Because of the immersive training it teaches you alot in a short amount of time. Even with the intensity of the program they also teach you empathy, diversity in tech and get you up to speed with the important topics in tech today. I find it incredible at the amount that I have learned in such a short amount of time and feel fully equipped for my career change into tech. From 9-6 you are constantly challenging yourself and achieving things you never thought you could. I learned to work SMART, work in teams, and learn fast. I believe that I've come out of the program a different person, changed for the better. One of the hardest parts about the program however, is that most of the learning is done on your own and together with your peers. There is very little formal instruction unless specifically asked for. The most enjoyable aspect of the program was being able to build sites, apps, and programs that you wouldn't have thought you could just a few months earlier.
