I was forced to change roles to a new position in the company then laid off 6 moater because financial goals weren't being met and my role was not necessary. I was not the last person hired. DI certainly feels those but tries to predict them and quickly find solutions. That said, it's a bit of a start-up mentality so you may have to play multiple roles at some point and have that entrepreneurial spirit. The company is continually growing and doing well. Quality work is acknowledged and compensated accordingly. DevelopIntelligence is focused on saleable, mature growth and being the best training company, not the biggest. That is not a negative for me, but sometimes people are more comfortable with, and expect a boring “one hat” job, or just don’t want to work hard, then they post rude glassdoor reviews. They should have stepped up and pitched in more.
