I've been employed at Documoto for about two years now and it's been the best job I've ever had. I'm challenged all the time to learn new things and adapt to our customers needs to help them receive the most out of our product as possible, everyone is also very supportive and we work together to overcome any obstacles we may face. Documoto is also a really fun environment to work in as the culture is upbeat and laid back. Management is flexible and understanding when we need to work from home or have appointments we need to get to, we have happy hours once a month in which we get to hang out together and have fun, we also do company outings like going to see the latest Avengers movie when it came out in theaters.

There really aren't any cons about working here. At times it can be stressful and at times we have to work long hours, but that goes with any job. Any time I've felt overwhelmed or not heard, I can pull aside my manager or even one of the directors of a different department and they'll listen and help me find a solution.

1) Great Culture - The people here are amazing. Everyone is working towards the same goal and they are all willing to roll up their sleeves and help. Great energy!
2) Opportunity - The company is growing fast and there is a ton of opportunity for advancement.
3) Amazing Product - We have a new CTO and an amazing team of software engineers who are advancing product capabilities at light speed. So much positive energy.
4) Coolest Customers Ever - Our customers love Documoto and the products we provide.
5) Resources - for a relatively small company, our sales team has a ton of customer success stories, videos, data sheets and white papers at our disposal. We are all very well equipped to execute on our sales goals.

Very understanding management - I have had some health issues and they were very empathetic, actually had to force me to take time off to take care of myself lol
Unlimited paid time off and required to take a minimum of 2 weeks off

The former CEO put the company in a bad position, but the current CEO is doing a great job of cleaning up.
