Sales VPs (since resigned) was painfully unqualified and CEO did not take numerous complaints seriously. He kept his job amidst layoffs which was very disappointing considering he made 3 or 4 peoples salary worth of income.

At this moment in time, too much needs to be taken care of internally. The company is trying to pivot into the software industry from hardware, and they are completely lost. I would recommend that the company first trim the fat. There are a few figure heads at the company, who aren't contributing to its culture or success. Second, the company needs to become more aggressive. Nobody comes into a meeting ready for action. The sales team is lifeless. Marketing hasn't released a piece of content in months. It feels as if the entire company is throwing in the towel.
