Working from home full-time has been an easier adjustment than I first thought and I appreciate not having to commute to and from work every day. I've been blown away by all the talented co-workers here and it's been a pleasure being able to learn from each person during each project I'm involved with. We are growing quickly so the company is adjusting to re-structuring and building for what the future looks like.

My Marketo knowledge and skill set grew tenfold in the first year by working alongside industry leaders and adopting Digital Pi’s Gold Standard. I live about an hour from the city so working from home also allows me spend less time in traffic and more time with my family, which is a huge plus!

I came from the client-side so it took some adjusting to consulting and logging work, but now I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

- My colleagues are not only great people but they're also some of the smartest people I've worked with in the industry (and in general). I learn something new from these guys every day and it makes me a better consultant.
- Work-from-home life gives me the flexibility I need to handle things on the homefront while still getting amazing work done for my clients and colleagues. The fact each day is different keeps everything fresh so it's like I turned a hobby into a career that I didn't get tired of once I "had" to do it for my job.
- Along those lines, this is the first role I've had where I haven't gotten bored after a year or two
- There are plenty of virtual events we host to make sure we have a stable corporate culture and engage with one another outside of work duties and we also try to meet up several times a year as a whole company or individually at MUGs
- Upper management is transparent; I've never felt like information was being hidden from me or that there were major discussions happening behind my back that would impact me negatively. We also host bi-weekly and town hall meetings so we know where we're headed and have a constant stream of communication, which is probably better than I had previously working in an office.
