The company lacks a strong corporate culture. At the moment, the industry has slowed up, making job security questionable. Shifts begin early, which allows for an opportunity to make more money in the evening with a part time job. The hardest part of the job is the lack of in-house training and lack of opportunity for promotion.

No advancement, massive layoffs
|
There were advancement opportunities within the company before the original owners sold the company to an investment group. Now the best anyone can hope for is a lateral move. They continually bring in new middle managers and puff up the titles of the executives. Meanwhile the rank and file can't even get any sort of annual review or raise.
