High turnover- terrible leadership- false advertising

The concept is definitely very cool and interesting. You get the start up experience and bagels in Monday's. It's located in midtown so you can get there easily. The food industry and technology is interesting and work with some restaurants

High Turnover! Low morale! Terrible leadership! This is a 5 yr old company- longest employee is a few months. They advertise that it's a great food startup but no one talks in the office and you are condescendingly lectured. The turnover is so great you never know if they plan to change the company again and fire everyone. There are maybe a handful of people that work there and they are dropping like flies. If you want to interview there - definitely ask the questions about turnover- compensation- but it won't matter because you'll feel the terrible unease of the office and it'll make you want to run away.

Fix the company- would not recommend since there are too many growing pains and staff is first to to go. The concept is a good idea but the leadership has run the company into the ground.
