The only con is related to covid pandemic, which currently does not allow us to meet in reality, but I guess the product will receive a big push afterwards. I see a good and successful future.

The potential of the US market is enormous if you can crack it. Base pay is good. Good camaraderie within the US team.

The US market is not ready to adopt the technology. Extremely high expectations of UK head office are inconsistent with the state of the market in US. Creates an environment of high pressure, constant micromanagement, and high turnover. US team is separate from the UK team and treated as a stepchild. Entire US team turns over every 18-24 months.

High turnover of employees
More interested in concentrating efforts & supporting partners/customers who are more susceptible to place high volume of sales than recruiting new partners with great potentials.
