Many pros:
- Elite technology/product
- Strong demand
- Bullish on the product roadmap
- Customers seem quite happy
- Professional services team (and leadership) are really helpful
- Benefits are the best I've had in my tech career
- Definite career growth in my department
- Most weeks I have a solid work-life balance; when we bring on a big a bunch of new large customers I'm asked to work late which is understandable. That's usually at the end or very beginning of a quarter. Working with big brands is fun though.

Can't think of too many cons... hey, it's work. We're not at Google or on a rocket ship, so it's not super glamorous. There were some issues with the product that are getting ironed out i.e. improved reporting for our customers. My friends and I look forward to what's possible here. Hopefully we get it soon.

No real growth opportunities, there seem to be more directors and VPs than employees at this point with little or no ability to affect change.
Failed to keep the technology relevant.

Good incentives such as insurance, 401k matching, snacks and happy hour events.

Management is the problem. The company has let go of a lot of people hoping that it will "fix" numerous problems such reckless behavior, low marketing ROI, low sales, and sexual harassment... It hasn't worked because we still have the same management across most departments. No new solutions just a new CEO who is working with the former CEO.
