- Some very nice colleagues and an international team
- Offices in the city centre of Berlin
- Interesting and sometimes fun field to work in (influencer marketing, YouTube)
|
- Low wages and virtually no benefits: no home office, no paid transport or gym or lunches, no German lessons,..
- A lot of turnover and frustration: many new hires spend some 6 months and then move on, disappointed
- HR and management can't be bothered
- Unskilled people in key positions
- Pressure from group (RTL)

Please stop thinking you know best and instead listen to your employees; they're talented and may have insights and expert knowledge in fields (and markets) you don't! You just make everyone feel frustrated and people end up leaving.
Also, learn to praise your employees: not only it feels good to get some recognition, it's free and painless for you!
Last but not less important, you really should not be making fake promises during interviews about the job position, people gets very frustrated afterwards and this also leads to endless resignations
