Major updates are sprung on technical support without heads up or training prior to launch
There is next to no assistance for technical support agents (No consults/senior TSA)
Troubleshooting guides don't exist
You have to do way more than they advertised for in the role in terms of programs, api, etc and they don't properly train you for them.

We keep our managers locked up in meetings and once onboarding is completed your agents are left struggling to keep up or get help.
Actually listen to what your Tier 1s are begging you for as they're the ones working with customers every day. You've hired great people in Tier 1, Tier 2 and their management, so give them the tools they need to do their jobs without having anxiety attacks over lack of resources.
This is a company with incredible potential but you're killing any faith your agents have in you by leaving them high and dry for so long. I still believe in Docebo.
