The concept of helping patients this way is the only good thing. This place is horrendous. Horrible management; staff bullies; extreme micromanaging; you have to clock out for every break and restroom usage; extremely low pay; zero training; excessive fruadulant billing; no HR; condescending/passive-agressive treatment from co-workers and management; management/co-workers are intimidated by more qualified and educated employees; the "benefits" are questionable; and no raises. They have no understanding of Medical Law & Ethics, but they will be learning of it very soon. Can someone say "whitsle-blower"? That's exactly the next step to take as many healthcare laws are being broken for money in the management pockets! They state you can work as much as you want yet after 1 year of employment I was only working 2 days per week. They do not trust their staff or believe them. They skitt by state regulations of meeting with APP's by holding a monthly staff meeting. I never met with my supervising physician for quality improvement yet state law says I should meet with her monthly for 6 months and then quarterly.
