However, you may have to travel onsite to a client where you'd need to dress in business professional or business casual attire. Some people had to do this frequently. I worked in the West Des Moines office and the Executive Team is on the coasts, so you will only see them a few times a year. There were usually less than 10 people in the office every day so it was pretty quiet. Typical day usually involved about 3 meetings, and at least one with a client. Days felt disjointed and difficult to get in the rhythm to accomplish any big tasks because of the meetings. Coming in early or staying late usually allowed me to put together 3-4 straight hours where you could really dig into something. What was difficult about the job is the unrealistic time frames set by Docupace Management in order to land a sale. This always put the Delivery Team at a disadvantage to start every project. High profile clients were the only ones to get any real attention. Also, the managers were involved in doing the work a lot of times, and they were sometimes helpful, but too often they either undercut your credibility, or didn't have a grasp on the real issue. Enjoyed most of the mid-level employees actually doing the work.
