Excellent Communication and Easy to Grow Environment

My time at Dodson has been fantastic, the atmosphere is professional without being stuffy. The learning curve does take time to master, but I feel that comes with every new job position. Managers and co-workers are there to help, but strongly encourage you to do grow on your own. In the long wrong this fosters stronger employees, in my opinion.

When I cam to Dodson, I was looking for a company that would provide me with a great work life balance, compensate me for what I am worth, and inspire my career growth. I found this and more when switching to this company. My leadership works for me and is a great support system. I have the ability to perform my tasks without micromanagement. If I need to take personal time or have appointments, it's never an issue. They believe in promoting within and growing their people. This is literally the best group of people I've ever worked with / worked for and I am looking forward to growing more and more with this company.

Dodson has been more than understanding and accommodating during this crazy time. There is a lot of flexibility at Dodson and I am extremely comfortable here and I love everyone I work with. It is refreshing to be able to come into work and feel positive and looking forward to seeing your coworkers and I am SO grateful for the opportunity to work here especially given that this is my first real job in the adult world.

Great Company
|
Dealing with people/ clients is difficult, but that's with any company. The culture and encouraging atmosphere is so refreshing. The company continues to grow and leadership is great about talking to the employees about development (or just hearing us out in general). The pay is not top of the industry but I have learned over the years I would rather make less enjoying my job and the company than make a lot more money and be miserable. Training is an area of opportunity. You get the support from everyone. However, there is no formal training and it can be a lot to start out. It definitely gets better as you get settled. During COVID, Dodson has been great with adapting to protect the employees, tenants, and clients.
