average pay, some colleagues are nice

bad management, some people has some personal issues that needs to be resolved has some anger management issues shouting and cursing at you if you can't meet the sales target or make a mistake. watches CCTV to catch people doing anything they don't like. i heard from some other friends in the industry that they like to micro manage in the previous company they worked at and seems like this workplace isn't idle until this person leaves. i was targeted by him and was walking on eggshells. privacy intrusion, disrespected and treated like garbage. employee turn overate is high and hr is non existent. he would spend an hour a day to shout at me and delay store opening hours for that. he speaks with foul language even when there's client on the selling floor.

hire people with relevant skills that is needed to perform, having a huge turn over rate of employees yet expects everyone to hit sales target when people with no retail background is hired and expected to do sales in their first month. and manager likes to shout and scold people when expectations isn't met. some team work needs to be put in place and also better hiring standards so everyone can hit sales target.
