Domino has done an excellent job in employing people are not only great humans, but they make even better coworkers. Alongside this, they have built a great leadership team that works together and hears out all of their peers.
Working remotely provides great flexibility, and the technology setup is an added perk!
Domino cares about their employees and provides a great deal of benefits - insurance, 401K, PTO, travel reimbursements, etc.

Coming from an unlimited PTO company, the limited amount at Domino is an adjustment, but understandable with how many people are employed.

A great team, people go out of their way to help you. I have trust in the senior management. Domino is a great size, large enough to have a lot going on but small enough that each individual can make a real difference.

Nothing bad to say, it can take a little while to make the next step up the career ladder but overall my career has progressed well over 16 years.

Domino has one of the best company cultures that I've personally experienced: it values people, encourages openness and honesty, and provides an interesting, positive working environment. The breadth and wealth of expertise within the business also provides ample opportunity for learning and development.
Key highlights include:
- interesting and challenging innovation projects
- significant opportunity for personal growth at Domino, including via their Academy e-learning platform (including in specialist areas such as Lean Six Sigma)
- good benefits
- hybrid working
- nice office space (we even have board games in the kitchens, which do get used!)
- strong work-life balance
- excellence mental health awareness / support available
- generally respectful attitude at all levels of the organisation
- high energy for continuous improvement
- recently set up a Women's network, to support women already working at Domino and explore how we might encourage more women to join the team
- impressive food in the canteen

Overall, no significant cons. Most of my personal frustrations relate to processes, which are relatively easily fixed, and the organisation is working on this. There are some gaps / misunderstandings between "vision" from leadership and "execution" from the delivery teams - which can lead to challenging expectation management. The organisation is proactively working to remedy this, and I have experienced positive progress in this area during my tenure.
