You will get terse and politically correct responses for almost any question. The business was not doing well and a few people who knew about it before others planned their exit. Around 60% of the company was laid off and many people including experienced leaders who were with the company for more than 2 years left. Some people here think they are superior to everyone else and will patronize you. Unfortunately, the power is in the hands of these people.
