Good opportunity to work with cutting edge technology.

Bad management, too many decisions made by incompetents.
The company is only profitable because of their monopoly on the motorcycle racing sport.
Most employees of the Barcelona office have to work during the night and on weekends, no extra compensation or extra holidays. This is borderline illegal.
No human resources appraisal processes.
